September 07 - S300 & S400 Repair Kits and Parts

Melett now offer a full range of repair parts and kits to repair S300 and S400 turbos replacing the original repair kit numbers as follows.

S300 – Melett Number 1253-300-750 replaces 318393 and 318394
S400 – Melett Number 1253-400-750 replaces 318396 and 318397
Melett also offer Thrust Flingers for both turbo models.

July 2007 – Melett to exhibit at MIMS Show in Moscow in August

Melett will be exhibiting this year at the MIMS Show at the Crocus Exhibition centre, Moscow 29th August to 2nd September. “It is our first time exhibiting at this Show” explains Ian Warhurst, Managing Director – “We have many customers in this part of the World and it is difficult to visit them all so attending the Show will give us chance to meet many of them.” Ian will be attending the Show with Chris Littlewood and Maryna Henderson. Maryna is originally from Ukraine and speaks Russian.

June 2007 – KP39 Shaft and Wheel & KP39 Seal Plate

To add to our range of repair kits, Melett now stock the replacement shaft and wheel for KP39 – OE number 5439-120-5011 / Melett number 1303-039-435. This shaft fits turbos 5439-970-0006/7/8/10. Also in stock is the KP39 seal plate.

May 2007 – CT26 / TD04 / K03 Bearing Housings

May 2007 – GT4082 Repair Kits (threaded compressor wheel)

Melett now offer a minor repair kit for the GT4082 Scania turbos incorporating the 360 degree thrust bearing and piston ring for threaded compressor wheel. Melett part number 1102-040-752.

April 2007 – New replacement VNT parts for BMW turbos

Now in stock – Replacement Shaft and wheels to fit GT25 454191 turbos. Both early and late shaft variations available (1102-025-436 fits 454191-1 to 6 / 1102-025-435 fits 454191-7 to 12).

March 2007 - KP35/39 range now available

In April 07, Melett launched it’s new range of repair kits for the BWA KP35/39 turbo models. The kits contain all the parts necessary to perform a full repair including thrust parts. The range of kits also includes a Universal kit.

February 2007 – Royal Visitor at Melett.

Further to winning the Queens Award for Enterprise 2006, Melett had a Royal visit from Prince Michael the Duke of Kent. The visit was to present the Melett team with crystal bowl and certificate in recognition of winning the award.

January 2007 – New Tooling for Toyota CT26 Shaft & Wheel

We have created new tooling for the Toyota Landcrusier CT26 shaft and wheel. This shaft is now supplied with a 10-blade casting as an exact replacement to the genuine shaft. Part number 1500-326-437.
