The Melett Turbo Buildsheet Database has now been updated to include turbo calibration data (VSR, Actuator and orientation settings).

We have now added turbo buildsheet information for KKK, Schwitzer,  IHI and Hitachi with over 15,500 searchable buildsheets.

Melett supplies replacement turbocharger repair kits and parts to the independent aftermarket to allow reconditioning, remanufacturing and repair of turbo models originally manufactured by Garrett, Holset (Cummins Turbo Technologies), Borg Warner (Schwitzer & 3K), MHI (Mitsubishi), Komatsu, Toyota, IHI & Hitachi. Founded in 1995, the main focus of Melett is to help keep the turbo reconditioning industry alive by offering a reliable, high quality range of turbo repair kits and parts making a repair possible when the OEM cannot fully support the aftermarket. The result is a comprehensive range of over 1800 part numbers covering the turbo models from current Borg Warner KP/BV and Garrett VNT passenger car turbos through to Komatsu KTR off highway turbos. As well as turbo repair kits, the range includes Shaft and Wheels, Compressor Wheels, Bearing Housings, seal plates and turbine housings and a large selection of oversize journal bearings and piston rings.

When you need turbo repair parts that are not available because of OEM ‘no repair’ policies, long OEM delivery times, parts being obsolete, or only complete turbos being available, Melett has the resources to supply from stock at a price to economically allow repair.

Melett now offer a full range of repair parts and kits to repair S300 and S400 turbos replacing the original repair kit numbers.

The following new compressor wheels are now in stock.
All Melett replacement GT/VNT Compressor Wheels are cast, machined and balanced in the UK.

July 2007 – Melett to exhibit at MIMS Show in Moscow in August

Melett will be exhibiting this year at the MIMS Show at the Crocus Exhibition centre, Moscow 29th August to 2nd September....

June 2007 – KP39 Shaft and Wheel & KP39 Seal Plate

To add to our range of repair kits, Melett now stock the replacement shaft and wheel for KP39 – OE number 5439-120-5011 / Melett number 1303-039-435. This shaft fits turbos 5439-970-0006/7/8/10. Also in stock is the KP39 seal plate.
